This man is very friendly cheap as chips I would recommend this man to the entire planet

URGENT READ:2nd hand Road Bike purchase 27th March 2017. - Was told it would take 5 days to fix bike, ended up taking 2 and half weeks- Turned up and the wheels were still flat and bike was dirty, pumped wheels up while i was there- needed the bike to start training for charity 500 mile cycle, so just bought it.- no instructions on how to look after the bike (after stating ive never owned a road bike)- Full service was completed so i was told.- Only thing that changed was the colour of the handle bar tape from black to red.-still had previous owners broken lights on it.- there was dirt in all the coggs and it took me 2 hours to clean the entire bike so it was road worthy.(I have been told by a professional there was NO service completed on this bike)I stated clearly why i was buying this bike and was told this bike was suitable for riding through scotland in a 500 mile charity event. I had my full trust in this bike and service as the gentleman who served me seemed knowledgable.Today i write this stated from a professional bike mechanic as the following issues habe occurred in last week: Fri 30th June 2017- bike gears have snapped when cycling- pedals are uneven- back wheel not level- break wires need replacing throughoutMany other issues. To state.Over the period of months i have rode this bike i have cycled more than 1000 miles in training. I am a student and it was my get around not to mention cycling to the lakes, yorkshire dales (60 miles from home or more) (So yes it lasted me 500 miles) but my event is in 3 weeks i am now left without a road bike, training on a mountain bike which is considerably slower until i can find a solution.I asked the mechanic if the bikes faults were my own to which he said no unless i have had a crash or left out it in the rain. Which i have kept the bike indoors at all times when not using and i have had no accidents as of yet (touch wood). My advice to anyone who is going to buy a bike from here SUTTCLIFFE CYCLES. Is to not buy one and look elsewhere especially not a 2nd hand bike as they simply don't care and have no regard for you're safety. It does not matter about the price of a bike (80) i had to scrape money around for this so i could complete my charity cycle! I can honestly say i will not be buying a bike or recommend any family or friends to buy one or to get their bike serviced here.

100% highly recommended.. great staff happy to help and we're all very experienced :DD
