Awesome new bike range
Yet again another disappointing visit to Ribble.Urgently needed a rear mech hanger for a R872, (only 2 years old). They dont have any, dont carry stock. Why not? There must be hundreds of these bikes?So now had to pay 38 to get one of these delivered tomorrow so my Sons bike will be ready for the Inter Regional triathlon comp on Saturday.No doubt I will get a reply from management apologising and saying theyll contact me, they didnt last time and I dont hold out any hope this time.Very disappointed.
Poor post order customer service, emails not answered and nobody answers the phone, bike delivered with problems. Must be because good product and don't think they have to try that hard.
The bike was delivered a lot quicker then expected. Good communication and good customer service. Ribble is going to be my first choice when it comes to bikes. Thanks to Ribble team for putting together excellent bikes
I have bought numerous items online from Ribble and am very happy with the low prices, the good quality, and the prompt customer service. I am very happy with the Aero 883 which I have used extensively for club rides, commuting, and now randonne. I am in California, so it took a bit of faith to buy a high end bike from overseas, but it was worth it. UPDATE: I am now in my second year with the 883 and have close to 8000 miles on it. Still performing well.
