Have done a test drive here and this was really well organised, good service etc, and also recently had a 1 year warranty service there, again excellent communication and service. Faultless.

This place is a joke car went in for a service I had a problem with the brakes 78 miles later ,only to be told the brakes were good at the point of service, they said they had video evidence of the same but could not find it ,then they refused to speak to me BUYER BEWARE ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD as they don't do as they say
Bought a car, staff nice as anything, got the car home and discovered it had major issues, this is where the nice staff suddenly changed and wouldnt return my calls or emails after the secretary had taken my details numerous times, I wanted a refund which when I eventually got through to a sales manager, he wasnt helpful at all (give a false name in if you have these problems) . I ended up going to head office and let them deal with it, it took weeks to get a refund, basically because they wouldnt return my calls until I learnt to give a false name in. They dont check the cars before the sales, all false advertisement. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress I had.
