Amazing garage they helped me to get back on the road within 24 hours even though they where fully booked they still managed to fit me in and get me back on the road highly recommended and professional especially matt that works on the service desk
We discussed the car I was buying by email and Paul provided all of the info I required promptly. We then agreed a price on my part exchange. I drove to Preston and when I arrived Paul had the car ready and waiting for me with all of the paperwork already produced. Excellent service from start to finish. Couldn't recommend this garage and Paul's service more highly.
Everything was fine when I bought the car, but the customer service since has been woeful. I spoke to 3 different people to try to arrange a manufacturer's service and MOT. When I tried to call them back the person I spoke to claimed no knowledge of any of the names I'd been given. Along the way I was offered 4 quotes for the same job ranging from just over 100 to 305. At this point I gave up.
