Stayed twice for one night whilst attending a function in Preston. Great staff and 2 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is fine.

Although an old building my room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money, I couldn't fault it for the price.
