So I decided to go to Premier Inn Preston Central for my birthday as my mum was staying here for a few days... I went in being ill and all the staff was very helpful and thoughtful, saying they hoped I felt better soon and telling me to ask them anything I needed. On my birthday eve I went for a drink at the bar with a friend and some of the staff wished me a happy birthday then. On the actual day I went with my family for a nice meal at the lovely restaurant in the hotel and the manager (or deputy manager?) brought me a card made by himself wishing me a lovely day from all the staff. I told him the day I went to check in it was my birthday at the end of the week. I think it is very thoughtful and friendly. Great staff, lovely place to stay, amazing food and atmosphere, and situated right at the center of Preston.... would recommend 10/10. Thank you for making a nice hotel such a lovely place to stay!!
I had a great time here! My boyfriend and I stayed here on new year's eve after spending the night out at the warehouse nightclub. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and everything was very clean. We had no problems with noise. It was very easy to get in later on at night when we got back, with just an additional key card swipe at the front door. Check in and out were also very quick and easy, and someone was always present at the desk when we needed them. The premier in is in a fantastic location right night to the shops, and only a short walk to the warehouse nightclub, but far enough away so that you cannot hear all the noise from that area.
Nice, clean hotel. Staff are lovely, beds comfy and the shower is great. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.
The staff here are very good. Despite the fire alarm being maliciously activated just before 5am and causing a massive disturbance, the night team looked after us well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant spacious with a good breakfast selection. The staff on the morning shift were lovely too, and completely appraised of the disruption during the night. Definitely would stay here again
I have been to the Premier Inn Preston Central for a drink with my sister and I liked it. It has a nice bar and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend a visit to Premier Inn Preston Central.
