Location is key: right by the bridge which crosses the railtracks to Preston Station. For travellers wanting a short transfer from the train, this is probably your best option.Fishergate apartments is a new refurbishment of an older property. I stayed in two rooms: the smallest single room, and a large 1 double bed apartment. The single is for the price sensitive: it's very small indeed & needs urgent remedial soundproofing work. The apartment is much better: it contains a good kitchen, dining & lounge area with views over the station, which I enjoyed.Booking & check-in is mistly remote and people free, but still requires some supervision. There is a well maintained communal lounge and kitchen area which is a welcome addition to the serviced apartment model that others operate.I commend it.
Gorgeous apartments great location near to everything
Amazing Customer Service, Right from the get go... The penthouse apartment was very spacious and incredibly clean. I will definitely be returning whenever I'm visiting Preston. I met the owner and he was very polite, Proffessional and helped with anything needed. Price is very good for the apartment you can get for the weekend. 5 star for sure!! Thank you.
The place was clean. However, I couldn't get a lot of channels on my bedroom t.v. and if you're over 6 feet, don't visit.
Very convenient location, being a two minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of town. The man on reception was helpful and we were greeted warmly. The apartment was a good size for two and the bathroom was very well equipped.
