Even though it is a city centre hotel and it is quite dated in places.I have always had a good time using it,the staff are extremely helpful and the food and drink are decent.

Over night stay. Can't fault this place. The beds are so comfortable... had a great nights sleep.
I'm struggling to see why I've given it up to 3 stars of 5 to be honest. Firstly, there seems to be no particular criteria the hotel uses to lodge it's guests. So, irrespective of how much you pay you might end up in a room worse off in comparison to another guest that's payed significantly less (see pictures - I was initially booked into that room although, I had paid significantly more than a colleague who was given a way better room). Then, upon request, I was moved to another room.First impressions they say. Nothing particularly occurred in the 5 nights I lodged there me to have a different opinion about the hotel.Some good points though include that you'd probably get a good view. WiFi is free and of high speed. Parking is also available and sufficient.But in all, I didn't think any consideration was given to the guests with regard to the service the guests got for what they paid for. I mean there are other options (hotels in the region), if the room I was offered was what was advertised I definitely wouldn't have booked a room there.
Central and accessible with good parking, bar and excellent menu. As usual, I'm more interested in the breakfast which is a very good buffet here. Rooms might be slightly jaded but overall the standard is comfortable and service is good.
