Just love this hotel.Great service, great rooms & great staff
Arrived earlier than the check in time, but was still able to check in and get a room. Unfortunately the room very obviously smelled of smoke. This was reported immediately and another room was allocated. The room was reasonably sized and clean, and in the half of the hotel away from the motorway so was quiet
Good value for money place, could use a upgrade. Friendly young personal, would stay here again. Liked the shower, good not having to get in a bathtub:)
Was dropping my granddaughter off as she was staying there 2 nights.The staff were most helpful and I asked for a well known cycle shop in their area and reception printed directions out for me.My granddaughter enjoyed her stay there as she was meeting up with her father.
Recently spent 8 nights at Ibis in Preston. I found it to be of a high standard in cleanliness and the quality of the staff. Rooms are great but of a basic nature. The breakfast is of an equally high standard too. I would stay again if staying in Preston.
