Absolutely never ever will I go go back and will be advising others not to go near it. Bar and food prices grossly over priced, bordering on criminal. This is a hotel in the Preston area, not a popular tourist destination. 9 for a glass of Wine, 11.50 for a Fish finger butty. A large group of us booked in and 2 parties received 10 discount vouchers, this depended on how they booked. Staff wer'nt very helpful apart from a Scottish waiter. Disgusted with the place
Nice hotel along the motorway. Unfortunately busy road so no chance to sleep with the window open. Very good bed. Good restaurant. Friendly staff.
Tired rooms, appliances not working but staff were great. Food v expensive. Again great waiting staff
I came here for a 2 days course through work and it was lovely. All the staff were lovely and the rooms were decorated nicely. They offered refreshments and a lovely lunch.
We stay here at least 3 times a year to break up our drive to Scotland. Everytime we have stayed the service has been great. The food is perfect, breakfast being an awesome start to the day and we have always sleep so well in very comfortable beds.The location for a stop over is brilliant being just off the M6 however you wouldn't know it with the rooms being do quiet.Never had any issues or complaints.We have tried other stopover hotels before but have agreed that this hotel is by far better than others tried and will always be our first choice.
