Great hotel, lovely and clean, staff are very helpful at desk and at breakfast. The room is perfectly suited for everyones needs. It has four pillows and temperature control. It has a great hairdryer. Has plenty of seating space other than the bed which is always good. The bathroom has a shower over bath and towels are changed daily if you want. The corridors are quiet which is great. This hotel never disappoints.
Great night's sleep, windows do stop the sound of the road completely. Only let down was there being no socket near the bed meaning my partner could not plug in his CPAP machine. However, the receptionist made sure we got an extension lead so he could sleep safely. Really appreciated how helpful the staff were.
This was our second stay here in the last twelve months, staff were very welcoming and you always get service with a smile, the first time we stayed we were on the upper floor, it was great because we overlooked the car park and could open the room window, however this time we were on the ground floor and our room was overlooking the Motorway, couldn't have window open because of traffic noise, the rooms are very warm during the night, the rooms are well equipped with hairdryer, reading lamp, Kettle and coffee/tea making facilities.If I was to be picking fault it would be that our room when we stayed the first time had a much higher bed, which was ideal as my partner has problems with his hips and struggles with a low bed or seat, this time our bed was very low, also the bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't close fully, so it wasn't very good for privacy, I also noticed a lot of cobwebs above the bed and a lot of dust around skirting boards in the bathroom.Other than this we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to others.

Great hotel in the Norman Jepson. It includes vending machines, quiet zones and a restaurant/bar with all you can eat foods. There is a door next to the check in that leads to the bar.
